Office Junior

Landscape Foreman

Supervision of small landscape team

Identifying client requirements.
Liaising with other team member to deliver client requirements Liaising with clients General landscaping and grounds maintenance duties.
Ensure that all legislative requirements relating to H & S and PPE are met Job/contract reporting Key link between office/shop floor.
Experience of hard/soft landscaping.
Excellent man-management skills.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience.
Experienced in using horticultural equipment.
Previous supervisory skills desirable.

Project Manager

Multi Project Management – Nationwide Delivery – Wide Variety of Clients

Client focussed.
Demonstrate a successful track record of project management and delivery capability.
Experience of dealing with multi value projects up to £3m on a nationwide basis.
Experience of multi project delivery with a good understanding of building fit outs, M & E and civils.
Ability to provide technical assistance and guidance to engineers.
Fully understand and meet customer requirements, ensuring all specifications are met.
Develop effective working relationships with clients and suppliers to drive operational improvements.
High level of commercial and financial awareness.
Auto CAD knowledge and drawing preparation desirable.

Approved Electrician (for an NICEIC Registered Company)

Installation – Inspection – Maintenance – Fault Finding

Flexible approach with excellent communication skills.
Must be time served with at least 5 years experience.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3, including Inspection and Testing C & G 2391.
Must have completed 17th Edition C & G.
Installation and inspection experience in commercial, industrial and office environments.
Considerate and reactive to client requirements.
Experienced in carrying out periodic inspection reports.

FM Surveyors

Client Management – Business Development – Technical Consultant

Highly motivated, organised and flexible in approach.
Excellent understanding of FM legislations.
Ability to produce competitive and accurate quotes.
Contractor management experience.
Proven client management and service delivery track record.
Excellent I.T. skills, particularly – MS Office Word / Excel.
Suitably qualified in applicable FM discipline.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to building strong relationships.
NEBOSH qualification would be desirable.
