Magna Park

Magna Park is Europe’s largest dedicated warehousing and distribution site. Covering 500 acres Magna Park will eventually provide up to 8 million sq ft of floor space of B8 distribution. A site of this size is always going to come with it’s own set of demands and requirements. Chapco has been working with Magna Park for over 20 years and has grown and developed with the park. The park is the flagship site for the Gazeley’s and as such is often visited by potential clients. For this reason it is vital the site maintains its “just cut image” all year round.

Chapco’s vast and unique skill sets enable us to able to service Magna Park to the highest standard. With a professional and friendly team of fully trained workers we are able to cover all maintenance work at the park, from litter picking 3 times a week, highway and lighting maintenance right through to Snow clearance and Ice prevention in the winter months. Chapco cover everything at Magna from general maintenance to total business solutions.

As part of our commitment to providing Magna with the best possible service Chapco set out a number of Key Performance Indicators and measures of success. With our in depth and regular reporting system both parties are able to see exactly what work is being done and where each and every penny is being spent. This not only ensures that all work is done to the highest standard but also that any problems that may arise can be dealt with quickly and effectively. Chapco also offer a helpdesk service, this is open 24/7 — 365 days a year. It is used to log all jobs that come in for the site, this facility enables us group jobs together and deal with them together and in the most cost effective way for the client.

It is testament to the efficiency, professionalism and quality of Chapco’s work that we have recently re-won the contract for the Magna Park site. Our ability to offer a bespoke service to match each of our clients needs has led to many of the occupiers of Magna Park now also use Chapco at some of their other distribution sites.
