Over the past two years Chapco has invested heavily in support systems and infrastructure. A brand new complex has been created on our site on Bittesby which houses a purpose-built call centre, using state of the art technology to allow individual clients to have their own space. This can include;

  • Web access to client branded site
  • Live 'real time' reporting via web
  • Job tracking
  • Different levels of access to the site for different types of users
  • Periodic reporting e.g. monthly or quarterly
