Chapco acts as a procurement portal for clients. This allows clients to implement purchasing controls across their business quickly whilst having the reassurance that all activity, including savings achieved, is captured and reported on. We have well developed electronic systems but also have paper based systems. This allows the client to set spend limits, authority levels and prevent unwanted spend.
