Our Future

The broad range of property related services offered by Chapco has been expanded by two recent acquisitions.

Century I.T. a Birmingham based organisation, will continue to run as a separate company and will complement our offer by bringing I.T. support and related business solutions to current clients and of course open up a whole new market.

Now fully integrated into the Chapco group, Paley provides in house functions for painting & decorating (interior and exterior), Joinery, plastering, bricklaying and general building operations. Paley provides Chapco the opportunity to capitalise on the domestic and residential building and housing markets.

Our business goals over the next five years will see us expand our current core service offer through organic growth and the development of a larger client base. We will continue to explore and develop the opportunities presented by our two newly acquired businesses and, although freestanding initiate the integration of common functions into the Chapco Group. Our ongoing business development plans include further acquisitions that complement our core offer.
