Chapco Infrastructure was established to provide an extension of services to our conventional contracting business. With Brownfield regeneration schemes increasing in number, developers require specialist skills to decommission old services and, upgrade and install new services capable of meeting the demands of modern business and life.

Our team provides a complete infrastructure service that covers the supply, decommissioning, re-supply and bypass provision for gas, water, electrical, IT, oil and telephony requirements. The team has a wealth of experience that spans Brownfield, Greenfield and all aspects connected with the installation and removal of all infrastructure services both internally and externally.

Our recent involvement in several large urban regeneration projects have taken our knowledge and experience to the forefront of installation techniques and procedures. The skill of our engineering teams coupled with our ability to think creatively and constructively, overcame several major challenges involving infrastructure provision to "critical requirement" locations in environmentally sensitive areas. Chapco teams developed solutions that provided by-pass services to partially redeveloped or adjoining areas of the site, whilst still allowing removal and reinstallation work to continue.

Detailed planning ensures old services are removed and disposed of safely. We pay particular attention to the wider complexities of phased withdrawals, phased reoccupation, and any implications the removal and reinstallation of services may have on adjoining site users or the larger community. By working with all interested parties we ensure that sites are prepared in a safe manner, that all environmental responsibilities are considered and adhered to and, that all works conform to current legislative requirements.
