Shelley Deberex Admin Manager

Role

Shelley has worked for Chapco for the past six years and has been responsible for Chapco's pan-group 24 hour helpdesk operation for the last two years. Shelley has spent time structuring the team so they can cover each others' roles whilst ensuring that team members are assigned to key clients to ensure a bespoke service to them.

This approach has now been developed to a point where when clients call the helpdesk it is answered as if they are calling their own internal department, offering a fully customised and branded service.

Clients have seen direct impacts in cost and efficiencies within their own operations because of the systems and reports implemented by Shelley and her team. These range from monthly activity reports to live branded web systems. Shelley has recently joined Chapco's senior management team.
