The Chapco FM team provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year service to tackle all your organisations property or facility management enquiries. Enquiries are dealt with as if someone was contacting an in house team and for larger customers will even be answered as if they are an internal call. Should maintenance work be required we can supply, at preferential rates, suitably qualified and experienced staff to deal with all property related matters or emergency situations. We can also manage any ongoing work requests, our team will manage deadlines obtain materials and provided performance reports if required.
